Terms and Conditions

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires the owner of an online store to specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such provisions are referred to as a Distance Contract (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations).

Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered on this online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer," enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and Payment Terms

The Buyer places an order through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer can make payment for the goods using the payment tools embedded in the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within 5 days from the receipt of payment. For goods requiring ordering and delivery from other countries, the delivery time is agreed upon with the Buyer before the prepayment is received.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller. The Seller sends the withdrawal form to the Buyer via email upon the Buyer's request.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The ordered goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or are quickly consumable, or have been stored under inappropriate conditions, causing a decline in quality.
  • The ordered goods have been custom-made specifically for the Buyer.
  • The goods are damaged, incomplete, or have otherwise lost their original appearance, including if the packaging of animal feed has been opened.

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period."

Data Processing

By entering the necessary information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to their data being used to allow the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the order will be sent to the specified email address.
